Follow the real workflow

Features are organised around the order in which business actually happens: quote, invoice, get paid; order, receive, pay. Screens use plain business language rather than accounting jargon.

Documents link to each other, and reports are calculated from those documents. When the numbers in one place agree with the numbers in another, you can trust them.

We describe the product as it is today. If a feature isn't available, we won't claim it is, and we'd rather tell you that Gonexz Books isn't the right fit than oversell it.

Gonexz Books is designed for freelancers, consultants, service firms, trading businesses and SMEs that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need the complexity of enterprise software.

It supports GST workflows for Singapore, including an F5-style report, and lets businesses elsewhere configure their own tax rates. Teams can share one workspace with role-based permissions as they grow.
