These terms govern your access to and use of Gonexz Books. By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

Gonexz Books is a cloud-based platform for invoicing, payments, purchases, expenses and financial reporting. Features available to you depend on your organization's subscription plan and your assigned role.

2. Accounts and access

• Accounts are created by your organization administrator or by us. You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must change any temporary password at first sign-in and should enable two-factor authentication.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or use the service for fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes;
• attempt to access data or accounts belonging to others, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
• reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service except as permitted in writing;
• upload malware or content you have no right to use.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and for the content of documents you issue. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Accounting and tax responsibility

Gonexz Books is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. Tax calculations, reports and filings-support outputs (including GST) depend on the data and settings you provide; you remain responsible for reviewing them and for your statutory filings.

6. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed with your organization. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a subscription expires or is unpaid, access may be restricted to read-only or suspended after notice. Your data remains available for export for a reasonable period.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Gonexz or its licensors. These terms give you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business purposes.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; your organization administrator can request export or deletion of its data.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gonexz is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise. Questions: gbooks@gonexz.com.
